The Annual Revision of the Electoral Roll is now taking place. All members of St. Mary’s Church whose names are already on the electoral roll remain on it unless they specifically ask for their names to come off.
If you are fairly new to St Mary's you are warmly invited to join the Electoral Roll as a tangible way of involving yourself with the life and work of our church. In practical terms this means that you will be eligible to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, which this year takes place at 8pm on Wednesday 12th April 2017 and also to stand for the Parochial Church Council and Deanery Synod.
All you have to do is fill in an Application for Enrolment on the Church Electoral Roll Form, which you can download by clicking here.
Alternatively, hard copies of the form are available at the back of the church or from Sally Crone (Church Electoral Roll Officer).
Please return your completed and signed form by either:
1. Placing it in the box which you will find at the back of the Church labelled “RETURN OF ELECTORAL ROLL FORMS FOR 2017” before Monday 20th March 2017.
2. Returning the original signed form before Monday 20th March 2017 to:
